I'm Wittney Fratt-Snyder, a holistic esthetician with a deep passion for helping my clients find their glow. With 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, I offer natural beauty services that heal your skin and soul from the inside out. I am DermaplanePro certified and a Certified Face Reality Acne Expert, specializing in corrective services for acne and massage-focused treatments such as gua sha and lymphatic drainage. At The Skin Canopy, I believe in "Beauty from the Inside Out." My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and luxurious environment where you can relax, breathe, and discover yourself. I am deeply committed to educating my clients and helping them find the perfect skincare routine. During the work day, I am in treatment with clients, giving them my full attention and energy, and my business line stays on Do Not Disturb. • Messages are usually checked daily, but sometimes I have an early day or a much-needed off day. This business line stays at The Skin Canopy and does not come home with me. This allows me to “clock out” of my job and be with my family. ✨ Social Media Messages: • Please note that I do not respond to social media messages in the same way I do to messages sent to my primary business line. • I do not have a social media manager, and notifications are silenced to protect my mental health and maintain clear boundaries. • I check social media messages and notifications every couple of days, but for a quicker response, please contact me directly at (256) 862-7165 during business hours. This helps me stay focused on providing the best care to my clients, balancing my family life, and preserving my own well-being. ✨ Booking Appointments: • ALL booking is online (unless pre-booking your next appointment in person). • Please manage your appointments through the confirmation text or email you receive after booking. You can cancel or reschedule at any time using the provided link. • Please note that I am typically booked in advance. Same-day and same-week appointments are very uncommon. • Gift card recipients should plan to schedule ahead, as appointments often book several weeks in advance. ✨ Gift Certificates: • E-gift cards are available 24/7 online and are the quickest and easiest option, especially for last-minute gifts. • Physical gift certificates are available by arrangement only. • Because I booth rent and do not have retail hours or a receptionist, I recommend planning 1-2 weeks ahead if you would like a physical gift certificate so we can coordinate a pickup time. • Gift certificates can be purchased online here: https://theskincanopy.glossgenius.com/gift-cards ✨ Deposits & Payment Policies: • A non-refundable deposit and a card on file are required to book, regardless of your payment method. • This applies even if you plan to pay with a gift card. • If you are paying with a gift card, the deposit will be refunded at your appointment as long as the appointment is kept. ✨ Hygiene & Illness Policy: • Please arrive clean and showered for all services. • If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, or anything contagious, please reschedule your appointment. • If you have lice, active scalp infections, open wounds, or any contagious skin condition, services cannot be performed until the condition has resolved. • Your health, my health, and the health of other clients are important. ✨ Children & Guests: • To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients and to ensure your full appointment time can be dedicated to your service, children may not attend appointments. • The only exception is newborns up to 3 months of age, as I understand many postpartum mothers may not yet have childcare available. • If you need to bring your newborn, please let me know in advance so I can best accommodate you. • Additional guests are discouraged unless previously approved. ✨ Scalp Rejuvenation Treatment Information: • My Scalp Rejuvenation Treatment is a wellness and scalp care service, not a hair service. • This treatment focuses on scalp health, relaxation, exfoliation, cleansing, massage, and overall scalp wellness. • Clients will leave with damp hair wrapped in a towel. • Please arrive with hair reasonably brushed and free of significant tangles or matting. • While I am happy to gently work through minor tangles, this is not a detangling service. • If hair is heavily tangled, matted, or prone to significant tangling, I may not have time to fully detangle it within the allotted appointment time. Extensive detangling may reduce the time available for other portions of the service so that I can remain on schedule. • This service is not intended for extremely tangled or matted hair requiring extensive detangling. • Hair extensions are not recommended for this service. ✨ Studio Environment: • The Skin Canopy is an intentionally created space designed for women to feel safe, relaxed, and supported. • To maintain the comfort and environment within the studio, I do not accept male clients unless they are directly referred by a current client. ✨ Policies: • ALL policies are pinned on both Facebook and Instagram. • Additional information regarding booking, deposits, waitlists, gift certificates, and studio policies can also be found on my website. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to provide a 24 hour notice in the case of cancellation. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 25% of the total scheduled service. The Skin Canopy will charge a fee to any client who does not show up to their appointment without providing prior notice. This No-Show fee is 50% of the total scheduled service. Any fee charged in the event of cancellation or no-show is not added to existing or future services. The Skin Canopy reserves the right to decline appointment requests from guests who have No-Showed and/or missed multiple appointments.
